Energy Project Manager

Greentec Energy is seeking an experienced Energy Project Manager with strong business expertise to join our expanding team. In this role, you will lead and oversee the development and implementation of various energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability projects. You will be the end-to-end responsible for a portfolio of projects, from analysing energy data and building the business case to overseeing team members and contractors in execution.

Here are some key responsibilities and tasks associated with this role:

• Coordinate and evaluate feasibility studies and site assessments to determine the viability of efficiency and renewable projects, primarily in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC).
• Identify energy use reduction and efficiency opportunities associated with HVAC systems, energy management, distributed renewable energy systems, etc., by analyzing data sets, facilities plans, and modeling software.
• Develop and implement data models to simulate energy performance, forecast savings, and optimize energy systems.
• Build detailed project financial models to determine the risk-reward of investing in a portfolio of efficiency projects.
• Oversee and allocate the appropriate project resources, define client needs, address client concerns, and manage engineering resources within budget.

Your qualification: 

• BA/BS in Electrical/Mechanical/Environmental/Civil Engineering or a related field from a well-known University.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify innovative solutions to complex financial and project management challenges.
• Continuous experience in the energy sector.
• Strong Execution skills in a dynamic project environment.
• Excel proficiency.
• Good English Skills.
